Produced in our winery, which is in the process of transitioning to Demeter certification, Aestas is crafted through a biodynamic approach that nurtures the soil and respects the surrounding ecosystem, ensuring purity in every bottle. This light, unfiltered white wine with a delicate golden hue exudes refreshing fruity notes, making it a delight both on its own and paired with a meal.

Aestas is a unique blend of Graševina, Rhine Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Kraljevina, all hand-harvested to preserve the quality of each grape. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks, maintaining a clean and vibrant character that reflects the terroir.
